Greetings Health Co-op Family,
Welcome to the NEW Health Co-op Packages and our Class & Lesson Cards.
What are the New Health Co-op Packages?
The Health Co-op Packages have been introduced to allow clients to pre-pay for groups of individual lessons
or classes at discounted rates. These packages, which expire in time frames relative to their size, have been
designed to encourage frequent and consistent scheduling which affords our clients maximum benefit from the
modalities we provide. With this in mind you will find that our packages provide the most value to clients who
visit the studio for two or more lessons or classes each week.
What are the Class and Lesson Cards for?
The class and lesson cards, which coincide with our client management system, provide our clients with the
tools they need to track and manage their lessons with our instructors. Once purchased, class and lesson
cards become a legitimate payment method which should be presented at the reception desk during
check in, marked off by an instructor or administrator and returned to clients prior to leaving the studio
property.
What if a Class or Lesson Card is forgotten or lost?
Forgetting a card challenges clients’ ability to keep track of their own records. In these situations clients
should still checkout at reception, to ensure that their lesson is recorded in our system, and remember to
bring their card the next time to have it updated by an instructor or administrator.
When class or lesson cards are lost, clients lose their ability to manage their lessons themselves. Replacement
cards, which can be purchased for $1, will be updated according to the records we have at the studio.

More time to prepare for class. Just drop your card off at the front desk and collect it once you are done.

Keep track of your lessons and eliminate all worries about being in arrears or wondering how much money
you have left on your account.
4. Options that meet your scheduling needs
We know you may have other commitments and that you may also travel at times, so we have several
options from which you can choose. With Single Lesson Packages from 5 Sessions to 15, Class Cards
from 8 Lessons to 100, and Unlimited Cards which last for a Year, we have done our best to ensure that
you have options that meet your scheduling needs.
5. Make-Ups become a Pastime
As a Class or Lesson Card holder you are free to schedule your allotted lessons or attend classes as you
wish until your card runs out or expires.
