Sophia Cannonier: Integrated Instructor
Danced professionally with the Dance Theatre in Harlem. She found Pilates to be helpful for injuries resulting from dance training and then pursued her formal Pilates education with Pilates Disciple Remana Krysanowska. Became a Licensed Massage Therapist to further her education in Anatomy and Physiology. Was chosen by the Physical Mind Institute to be an International Certifier for the Pilates Method in Bermuda. Founder of the Health Co-op. Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, Pilates Method Teacher Trainer, Childbirth Educator, Doula and Baby Advocate. Integration is her specialty.

Michael Watson: Integrated Instructor

Michael, who hails from London England, has a degree in Sports Science and has traveled extensively around the world presenting work shops in anatomy, yoga, Pilates and body awareness. Michael's interest in human biomechanics stems from his rich history in sport, which has lead to his participation in many physical pursuits, most recently running marathons and delving deeper into his yoga practice. He combines his knowledge of functional fitness along with his insight of yoga and the alignment of Pilates to create a balanced and therapeutic approach to body movement.

SEVERIN GIBBONS: Senior Pilates Instructor
Severin is a Stott Certified Pilates Instructor in mat and the various apparatus. She was certified in 2006 at the Studio Praxis in Montreal, Quebec and has been applying her talents in Bermuda ever since. Prior to becoming an instructor Severin had practiced Pilates personally for 3 years. It is the effect Pilates had on her body and health, curing her chronic back pain and improving her weight management, that inspired her to become an instructor. She has taught numerous students with various body types such as dancers, triathletes, those suffering from arthritis and other diseases and those who have a limited range of movement.

Alison Broadley CCH: Homeopathic Practitioner

Alison Broadley is certified in Classical Homeopathy by the Council for Homeopathic Certification (CCH).   She is a graduate from the School of Homeopathy, NY where she received training from some of today’s most prominent Homeopaths including 16 months of supervised clinical experience working alongside world renowned Homeopath Robert Bannan.  Prior to this extensive four year program, she lived in London for eight years which enabled her to closely experience both the popularity and beauty of this healing modality.  She is now excited to be a part of the Homeopathic resurgence as it continues to be the fastest growing health care therapy in the world.  Before joining The Bermuda Health Co-op, Alison practiced in Pennsylvania where she treated many cases of adults and children with issues such as ADD/ADHD, depression, migraines, allergies, asthma, pneumonia, chronic sinus infections, psoriasis, eczema, shingles, acid reflux, IBS, ulcerative colitis, Crohns, hemorrhoids, HPV, chronic fatigue, menstrual disorders and mastitis.  Alison also holds an undergraduate degree in Art & Design from St. Cloud State University which nicely compliments her practice as Homeopathy is equally an art as it is a science
