Michael
Watson:
Integrated
Instructor
Michael, who hails from London England, has
a degree in Sports Science and has traveled extensively
around the world presenting work shops in anatomy, yoga,
Pilates and body awareness. Michael's interest in human
biomechanics stems from his rich history in sport, which
has lead to his participation in many physical pursuits,
most recently running marathons and delving deeper into
his yoga practice. He combines his knowledge of functional
fitness along with his insight of yoga and the alignment
of Pilates to create a balanced and therapeutic approach
to body movement.

Severin is a
Stott Certified
Pilates
Instructor in
mat and the
various
apparatus. She
was certified in
2006 at the
Studio Praxis in
Montreal, Quebec
and has been
applying her
talents in
Bermuda ever
since. Prior to
becoming an
instructor
Severin had
practiced
Pilates
personally for 3
years. It is the
effect Pilates
had on her body
and health,
curing her
chronic back
pain and
improving her
weight
management, that
inspired her to
become an
instructor. She
has taught
numerous
students with
various body
types such as
dancers,
triathletes,
those suffering
from arthritis
and other
diseases and
those who have a
limited range of
movement. |

Broadley CCH:

Alison
Broadley is

working

enabled her

Alison

Alison also
holds an
undergraduate
degree in
Art & Design
from St.
Cloud State
University
which nicely
compliments
her practice

Instructor, and Pilates Matwork Instructor. She Offer
