15-hour course offered in major cities worldwide. Professionals
will learn to teach The Method Pilates Mat work.
Prerequisites:
• Comprehension of Mat exercises from previously
attended Mat Classes and the

• Knowledge of functional anatomy from our own

Course:
This course sets the foundation and tone for the entire
program-demystifying the complexities underlying Pilates.

15-hour course to certify professionals in The Method
Pilates Standing.
Prerequisites:
• Completion of Initiation 101.
• Knowledge of study materials: Body Mind Mat Work
video and Anatomy of Pilates

book.
Course:
Certifies instructor in the 17 ADVANCED Pilates Floor
Exercises. Relates these exercises to the original 16
FUNDAMENTALS. Then moves into the 10 new Advanced Fundamentals,
which are Foundations for all work. Finish with 21 of
the Pilates floor exercises now reconfigured to standing
sequences which requires an evolved technique requiring
use of the deeper core muscles of the pelvic floor and
transverses abdominus.

Concentration 101
A
10 week course {275 hours} which certifies teachers
in The Method Pilates and the equipment developed by
Joseph Pilates {1881-1967}
Prerequisites:
• Completion of Initiation 101.
• 10 private sessions on apparatus.
• Comprehensions of the required study materials.
Course:
Learn to teach the original exercise protocols on the
Reformer, Cadillac, and Wanda Chair. Apprentice through
practice and assistant teaching during and following
the course. A written and practical exam is required
for final certification, to be taken nine months to
a year after course completion.
