sun salutation
(Surya Namaska) and

Prenatal Yoga

pregnancy. Linking
yoga postures with

baby. The program,

peaceful environment
will help you become
aware of the power
of your uterus and
pelvic region,
improve circulation,
aid in digestion,

of the discomforts
of pregnancy such as
nausea,
constipation,
varicose veins,
swelling, back pain
and sciatica. A
